2 days now without internet. Sky Chat, doesnt work either and call waiting times are ridiculous. Website just says it there is an outage.

I am in the exact same situation. Broadband down since Sunday morning - website says there's an outage and they're unable to give me an update on the situation when I called yesterday...

Perhaps not entirely surprising after a named storm has swept over the country?
Even if your particular outages are unrelated, call centres will be under siege and Openreach response times correspondingly elongated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your outage only started after the end of the storm then yes, but if it started over the weekend because of the storm and has extended into this week, you may still not be entitled to it. I am not sure though.
