Failed broadband installation
Hello an engineer called today to install my sky broadband however he said he was unable to complete the installation due to an orange light ? Something about the wire and maybe it was cut or a neighbour was using it has anyone any idea about this issue and if it is easily resolved ? Thank you

Re: Failed broadband installation
You would need to get back in contact with Sky so they can re-arrange the install

Re: Failed broadband installation
@Amanda148 if thecengineer could not get a connection then the issue is referrred back to Openreach who own the network Sky uses. Depending on the issue it may take a few days or longer to get this resolved. Sky should know tomorrow after getting the engineer's report and should know what is hapening so give them a call.
