no internet for 3 days

I've had no internet for 3 days and it says there's an outage in the area but there has been no update at all

It might be something caused by the storm over the weekend so it will be Openreach that will be tasked to go the location of the issue and fix it and I should imagine that they are quite busy at present.

Your not speaking to Sky here, its a customer to customer based forum. 

Its likely nobody, including Sky, has any idea when it will be fixed. Openreach will be working to restore the service but storms could have caused significant damage to the infrastructure.
