@PGourlay while loss of connection can be down to an area issue it can equally be due to a fault on your line. If the line has been down for an hour tge service checker in the My Sky app shoulld walk you through some chdcks before offering to book an engineer should one be required.

My elderly parents live in TN15 and have had same issue with their mini box. Tried to do all the usual and power all boxes down whilst FaceTiming them but nothing worked so am glad to see it's not just their one and they haven't done anything to it (they're always pressing stuff and deleting things with regards to IT).

Their mini box problem could be connected to the Sky Q issue from Saturday morning and not be a broadband issue at all
