Outage SK3 Stockport

Have others then outed for two days in Stockport SK3?

@Nitram4 best place to check is Sky's Service Checker in the My Sky app using a mobile connection. That should tell you if Sky are aware of an issue affecting your line if it doesn't call them to report the issue. Given the recent heavy rain and snow there are inevitably a large number of outages so things will take a whike to get back to normal.

The first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

 

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker


If there isn't try running the line test here:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
