Since the install of the sky max router (white box) my wifi signal to the Sky Q box just stops, it does not buffer at all, it just shuts down and all is left on the sky q box is the green light showing but this only happens when I am streaming, it does not matter what app I choose and then it disconnects from the Imac if it goes below 67.1mbps according to sky broadband speed test
(My braodband I pay for is full fibre 150 min of 100mbpps but according to sky test page im only getting speeds of full fibre 75 )
The main concern is why does the wifi connection just stop, Openereach have stated that nothing is wrong at their end and have speeds of around 116mbps in living room and at entrance point I have 120mbps
I have a sky pod installed, this just makes it worse, have told all this to sky customer service but they are not listening and according tom teh sky engineerr he stated that the problem is with the white hub and the mesh
Now had enough, might has well go else where
