No broadband says an outage on my service checker

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@TammyH Run the connection check in the My Sky app over a mobile connection to see if Sky know of the outage. If they do it will get fixed as and when but frustratingly nobody can tell you when that will be. If the fault is unknown call Sky to report it.
