@RyanDeLion Wi`fi signals losexstrength when they pass through solid objects like walls tge denser the objectvtge morecstrength is lost if your home has internal walls built out of brick you can lose usable signature 2 rooms away. Anything metal blocks the signal totally which is why it is recommended to havectge hub on a surface above radiators etc.
Assuming moving the hub doesnt help you need extra wifi kit which Sky can supply butvwill charge you unless you already buy the Wi`Fi Max add-on. Alterntively you can do as lot of us do buy your own whole home wifi system.
