The second and fourth light on my wifi box are orange and after running tests on Sky they say my internet looks good.... nothing will connect to the box, I've restarted the router and nothing works. What can I do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Livi2 unless the full test - click on the broadband test link - tells you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line call Sky to report it.
