Whilst the tests keep stating that the connection is good with no faults, our connection has been dropping out every 5 minutes consistently for the last 5 days. Sometimes the box will be all green, but on other occasions, the "voice" light is amber.
Tried to do the diagnostics but the connection does not last long enough to enter username and password
