Our area has switched to fibre. Automatic upgrade?

Our area has upgraded to fibre. We're half way through our Superfast Subscription but it's slow. Will Sky automatically upgrade us to Suoetfast Fibre?

No: you have to request any change of product unless the one you are currently on is closing down (which isn't going to happen any time soon).
