Our WiFi is terrible

I've upgraded to the best you offered us but it's still like dial up days sometimes. We can very rarely get Netflix or Amazon Prime in the evenings. Also, even getting on to Amazon or any other website is often impossible even though we've installed an extender. 
I'm now tied into a 2 year agreement with you so please investigate and improve our service.

This is a customer helps customer forum so you are not talking directly to Sky.

 

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
