Our Broadband was not delivered

Our broadband hub was never delivered. Can we get a new one delivered? our wifi has been active for a couple days but haven't been given the hub yet even thought it was meant to come nearly a week ago

The hub should have been delivered a few days before you Sky Broadband was activated so as it hasn't been and as we are customers here you will have to chase this up with Sky by calling them.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
