My ex partner has left the property and I moved out so the bill and the equipment is still at the house I have a new address for my ex I want to give sky it help

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreUnless you were named as an admin/delegate on the account previously then Sky will only speak to your ex due to GDPR. They are the ones who need to contact Sky and either cancel the subscription or place a home move/address change request.
