Ex left property

My ex partner has left the property and I moved out so the bill and the equipment is still at the house I have a new address for my ex I want to give sky it help

Leaving loaned equipment at an address neither of you are living at will cause problems and whichever one of you is the account holder will need to return it on cancellation.

Then the return of the equipment and cancellation of the subscription is down to your ex but it would seem appropriate to let your ex know youre no longer at the address either.

Unless you were named as an admin/delegate on the account previously then Sky will only speak to your ex due to GDPR. They are the ones who need to contact Sky and either cancel the subscription or place a home move/address change request.
