Original and replacement Max Hub flashing green no internet

Hi, I'm having an issue which I first encountered on Friday evening. My Max hub is just flashing green with no internet connection. The ONT has 3 solid green lights and I've tried every single suggestion to rectify it. 

 

I even had an Openreach engineer round yesterday morning who ordered a replacement hub. The issue persists on the new router.

 

Since the connection to the ONT seems fine and both routers are experiencing the same issue is this likely some kind of interference on Sky's end?

@Adam2190 What was the method that you used to get the replacement hub sent and also an Engineer request to come check?

Have you run the sky diagnostic checker from your end, if your initial contact was to sky by phone then may be also advisable to go that way again and let them know that both options now have not worked and you are still in the same position. The checker link is below you will need to do it over mobile data as you currently have no internet!

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

@Adam2190 if you have not done so already power down the Sky hub for at least an hour as that should conect you to a different node on Sky's server. If it doesnt definitely go back to Sky but ensure the agent picks up the history to avoid going round tge same loop.
