Orange light

There's 2 orange lights on the router I've tried everything to fix it including turning it on and off, I've just done a wifi check and it says that there is nothing wrong with it when there definitely is. How can this be fixed and why does it say there is no problem? Thankyou

At 2.30 in the morning it could be maintenance taking place on your line especially if it has been working fine throughout the day.
