Hi i was having problem with the wifi it suddenly gets off and signals become weak. Also im concerne

I have set the plan for monthly payments but from my direct debit it set like agter every 2weeks i think i have made 2extra payments like this.if this problem occurs i want to csncel the subscription please. I want to set monthly payments not after every two weeks.thanks

@Nofal as this page explains https://www.sky.com/help/articles/understanding-my-bills you can get two bills in the first month as like almost every ISP you pay for Sky Broadband in advance so innthe first month you pay for the first months usage and also for the next month. Billing then is on a regular monthly schedule.
