Orange light on (internet) router.

Internet keeps dropping out randomly, when looking at the router an orange light is displayed above the internet writing. Both me and my partner work from home and its becoming very frustrating!

@Stathie  If the internet light is still amber then follow the directions in the information below.

 

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Hi, I tried going through these steps but it didn't pick up any faults on my system ?

I am the same, 4 times in the 10 minutes. Sky app says no issues, however apparently no devices connected to my wifi
