Internet keeps dropping out randomly, when looking at the router an orange light is displayed above the internet writing. Both me and my partner work from home and its becoming very frustrating!

Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

I am the same, 4 times in the 10 minutes. Sky app says no issues, however apparently no devices connected to my wifi
