Orange internet light

Devices say there are connected but still so connection to the internet. All lights are green but the internet light is orange. Tried to restart, checked all cables ect.

@Hannah1724 an orange internet light indicates the broadband connection to the exchange is down. If it is still down this morning then run the servicecchecker in the My Sky app using a mobile connection as that will tell you if Sky are aware of a fault sffecting your line, if it doesnt call Sky to report the problem.

I have same issue, it comes on and off constantly but we mostly have no internet all day and this has been going on for a week and the app offers no help. I can't even find a number to ring them and im about to run out of data for the month already due to this. Where can I find the sky number?
