Orange internet light

Whenever I watch anything online or play my console, the green internet light turns orange & cuts my internet connection off. This is happening all the time & I literally cannot do anything online.

i tested my internet connection on the sky service page & it came back as everything is ok. It's unfortunately clearly not ok.
