My partner had sky broadband installed 6th sept and worked perfectly fine until last Friday it just stopped working and now flashing orange light tried online reset and test and we have an engineer coming but we're baffled as to why this happened it's been installed less than a week and stopped working
all cables checked and all in correct place e
