Wi-Fi issues and refund

Hi as you may be able to see we are having in going issues with the broadband constantly dropping and low speeds currently is not working at alm this a usual at the moment, there is an issue with an underground cable that is being fixed biy this has been going on since when you will be able to see the issue was first raised I have had to use a lot more of my moblile data for work video calls and things essential to me having a Wi-Fi connection it's not acceptable I would really like to start with sky as I love sky but am being pushed towards leaving I would like a clear update on the situation with the fix that's supposed to be happening and this past months charge to be refunded as it's been nothing but problematic and stressful
