Hello, my dog has managed to pull the Openreach box off the wall and in the process has broken the optical connector. We have no Internet and no phone signal. Who should I contact about getting this fixed please? This doesn't seem to be covered anywhere on the Sky Help pages.

You log the problem with Sky and they book Openreach to attend. Unfortunately replacing an optical pigtail isn't the quickest job in the world, and can only be carried out by a fusion-splicing team.
