@Highlinder - yeah it is in London, the light turn red all of a sudden this afternoon

Try running a test through the mysky app. If their is a fault you will be able to book an engineer from your phone

Have booked an engineer to come and take a look, however the status has been 'to be confirmed' for a couple of days already, so wonder how long does it take usually
