The power light is always red on our booster how do we sort this and re connect our boosters

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Banders if the booster came from Sky and wont link when plugged in close thecthehub it is likely to be dodgy and need replacing. If it was bought elsewhere it could be incompatable with the hub.
