Why hasn't open reach contacted sky so I can get my broadband on with my new sky glass 2 days no internet

Broadband provisioning happens on an entirely different and much longer timescale to Glass delivery: unfortunately this is something which Sky doesn't make entirely clear during their sales process.

@Neil224 Sky Glass internet TV will work on any Broadband connection so it's out the door to the customer asap, getting the sky Broadband from sky as the ISP is as proposed e-mail's and text's, start's with the 14-21days as the opening and anything upto 90day's if it get's more complicated!
