Issue with broadband messages
I keep getting issue with my broadband messages when I go into the Service Checker although when checks are done everything is coming back a green although it keeps saying the connection to my hub is poor and my speeds are falling below the guaranteed ones. I am also having problems with my sky talk as since I got fibre installed my land line doesn't work

Hi @Anne1804
If the checker states you are below your minimum thats likely to be a line fault as the Sky checker can track your line speeds over a period of time. If the checker does not offer any form of solution such as an engineer appt then I would recommend you call Sky to report the issue.
As for your phone since you moved to fibre, have you tried plugging it into the back of your router in the phone port, instead of into the wall?
