I've received a text message from Openreach to arrange an appointment (see below). However on the Openreach website it states you have to go through your service provider (ie Sky) if you want to arrange an appointment. Is this a scam? How would I contact Sky to arrange this? I was due to get an update from Sky on the 30th December - so this is earlier than expected.
The text is from a mobile number ended 118.
Hi, It's Openreach contacting you on behalf of "SKY UK LIMITED" . We are sorry for the delay in providing your service. We are pleased to advise the delay has been resolved and we would like to arrange a new appointment with you.
Please reply as per below format to re-appoint as soon as possible.

Thanks! It doesn't look like the number the text was sent from is on Openreach's list of genuine numbers. And I don't seem to be able to reply to the text, as I don't understand the format they require. So probably safest that I wait for Sky to update me and arrange an appointment via them.
