Openreach power replacement, which one?

Hi,

So, got home to find my puppy had chewed the openreach power cable! Looked online to purchase new but not sure which is compatible. Can anyone point me in the right direction, need WiFi asap as work from home!

Thank you

@Nik7198  You need to call Sky so that they can arrange for Openreach to come out and install a replacement.

@Nik7198 you need to ask Sky to grt Openreach to replace the power supply don't try to do so yourself as the ONT units are Openreach property and are not user serviceable. I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
