Hi - we are moving into a new build. It's not an estate, there was an old property which has been knocked down and two new houses built. All the neighbouring houses have openreach FTTP available. All the Sky/BT broadband checker tools have the address but only the lowest broadband speeds. The openreach wholesale checker tool had no info on the address, just said that FFTP is not available.
I placed an order with Sky for the lowest speed / basic broadband. That seems to have kicked the wholesale checker into action and there's more data now but it's still saying FFTP not available. There is no ONT installed currently.
Any ideas as to what I need to do to kick OpenReach into recognising FFTP is available or do whatever work is needed to get it set up?
Here is the output for our new property:

Thanks! I had filled in the new home form and they said they were working hard with our developer to install FFTP but our developer hadn't heard from them at all! I'll try this one...

I'd observe that 'UG feed not evaluated' isn't a whole lot better: it either means they think there might be a duct, but haven't looked for one, or there is one but they don't know if it's viable for new cabling.
