Worst internet connection

Hi I would like refund as I have the worst internet connection and I want to cancel because of how bad it is

You can't cancel via the forum. You need to contact Sky and give the required notice of 14 days, but if you are still in the initial 18/24 months deal Sky could impose cancellation charges. This link may help

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.

Under the terms of the Sky Speed Guarantee you can cancel without penalty where Sky cannot provide the Guaranteed Minimum Download Speed after attempts have been made to remedy the situation. Unilateral cancellation on your part is likely to leave you financially exposed.

 

You can also claim a one month refund if speed delivered to the address (not WiFi speed) falls below the GMDS for three days in a row.
