Openreach fitted box to wrong house and I can't get hold of sky to get it changed

I hope someone can help - my sky full fiber broadband was due to go live on 10 Oct. The Openreach engineer came to fit the box on 7 Oct, when the Sky engineer arrived on friday 10 Oct to finish off installing the broadband, he said he could not do it as the Openreach engineer had fitted it to the house next door by mistake and so he could not get the wiring to my house. 

I have heard nothing since and cannot find anyway to contact anyone at Sky to get this sorted - can anyone help?

@liz179 Probably better to leave it until monday to see if the Installer has managed to get the report done as to what has happened, you will only be able to find out by calling sky and speaking to Customer Service as to what is going to be the next stage!
