Openreach fibre installation

Whilst I was holiday a neighbour messaged to say Openreach were on the driveway and needed permission to dig a hole in the flower bed to access a pipe where they thought they could install fibre. They left without doing anything, didn't leave a message etc and I have no idea how to get in touch with anyone to get them to come back. 

We have awful rural internet so are desperate for fibre!

What should I do?

Openreach often chance visit places to pre-install ducting or Fibre cabling in preparation for it being available in an area. You wont be able to contact them to come back now, they may turn up again or the work may just be completed when you order full fibre, assuming you havent already placed an order?
