Shows fttp is available and single dwelling unit with overhead feed and no anticipated issues so should be straight forward.  The only caveat is the two stage install which could be a number of issues.  So it would be hard to speculate.  Landlord permission would be 1 but that usually usually apply to properties labelled MDU.  Looks like the all properties there are treated seperately .  All you can do is keep contacting sky

Usually MDU reserved for larger blocks of flats where a central break out box is fitted and each flat/apartment is fed from there.  It may be possible that openreach want to turn it into an mdu install especially if its recently been converted to HMO but as it stands you are regarded as single dwelling fed straight from the telephone pole

Re: Openreach delay

@Gaming21 When you did the BTW wholesale for fibre, did you use the main building address, or your flat address?

Re: Openreach delay

@Gaming21 You should do the test 3 times with each off the addresses and see what comes back for each, as long as the system knows so, then the entry for BTW may just be wrong and it is a MDU, that makes a huge difference on how the fibre is delivered to the property.
