Hi i have purchased broadband and tv deal with the sky...today is my engineer visit yet i haven't got any mail or text regarding this...kindly help...is this normal not to have any information
@Sneha96 Think you want to log onto your account and see if you have any pending orders, from the get go you would have recieved multiple e-mails and text's by now? All dates are propossed on the welcome to sky, once firmed up further follow.
