Openreach appointment changed
I had a broadband activation date of Thursday 22nd August but have today received a text message from openreach what says Hi it's openreach. Your new appointment dare is Wed 21 Aug between 8AM - 1PM But on the order tracking on the sky site it says Sky Broadband engineer visit Action required It appears there's been an issue with your order Please rearrange your visit to get your order back on track The a button what says reschedule visit After clicking this I get the message You need to contact us to reschedule this type of visit But I have already got the text from openreach to say my appointment is now tomorrow Wed 21st August So I now don't know which is right the appointment being 21st Aug or I need to reschedule the appointment with sky

@Deluk You can confirm this with Sky and quote the text that you have got changing the date of the engineer visit.
