Open reach box ‘PON’ light blank and ‘LOS’ light red.
Internet was activated today. Everything was plugged in and connected. But the 'LOS' icon is red on the open reach box and the 'PON' is completely blank with no colour showing. What would I need to do in order to get it working?

@Jordan66 it sounds like the sctivation has not been completed if it is being done remotely the service should go live sometime later today . If it isnt working by tomorrow call Sky if you call today they wont be able to tell you anything as Openreach report over night.
