Open reach appointment

Hi all, I have openreach appointment booked for 3rd of April to install my broadband, they have already been out to install the box on the outside wall, I received a text to say they had earlier appointments from the 26th I am looking to see if I can get it done on Sat the 28th as when I reply to the message nothing comes back

@Ryan19871  Domestic boradband connections are rarely ever done on a weekend just Monday to Friday.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
