Open Reach contact
Switching BT to Sky. Getting full fibre installed.
Open Reach have now visited twice and still full fibre broadband (on new Sky modem) is not working.
Both BT and Skys digital assistants are useless.
I cant contact Open Reach to get a 3rd engineer to visit as their website says i
have to contact my provider (still BT at the monent) but they dont have any details of this.
Sky wont talk as they dont recognise my phone number.
Bottom line......how do contact Open Reach to arrange a 3rd visit?

Re: Open Reach contact
Openreach won't speak to an end customer. Contact has to be via your ISP (BT at the moment).
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

If you've not switched yet then you should be using the BT router I think?

Re: Open Reach contact
Yes, when Open Reach came to install full fibre on Sky, they failed and kept the BT modem operating.
A week later, after 2 hours, they failed again to find the fault. So, yes, BT still working
