Can't book an Engineer visit

I have recently moved house and taken out sky broadband. I have Sky WIFI max but can't get full signal throughout my house with just the one booster. I have been told I need to book an Engineer visit. The issue I am having is that I have called 4 times and everytime they say an engineer is booked and then they don't show up, I have no text and nothing shows up in my orders. One advisor said it is an issue with my account and that it is cancelling the bookings he had called me back twice with updates but says it isn't fixed and now he has stopped calling be back. Tried again this week apparently booked and again no show, the agent said he would call half an hour after the appointment to follow up no call. So I have been on the phone for about 4 hours in total over 3 weeks I have 4 no show engineer visits and still have an issue. All it needs is some additional boosters. Has anyone had this issue before and what can I do to resolve it?

@DC141 it can becfrustrating when Sky's systems get confused. To get you some help I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
