There appears to be a fault in the external optical network. You could try gently removing and reseating the green plug in the ONT (white box) and then pull and replace the power supply on that.
Otherwise you'll need to log a fault with Sky for investigation by the network maintainer (Openreach/OpenEir)

Thanks ive tried that but still nothing working. Ive only had the white bix a few months and its been nothing but trouble since i got it.

Have you logged a fault with Sky?
Personally I don't like the look of the extreme bend in the white cable with the green plug, down at that first cable clip. That's optical fibre, and really doesn't like being pulled into a right angle, twisted or kinked.
