Internet light orange on router, diagnostic saying everything fine when clearly not as have no Internet! Power light green WiFi green but nothing is connecting! Hub reset didn't do anything!

@Amanda116 If your landline is working fine then give Sky a call and report this fault. Just dial 150 on your landline handset and listen to the voice prompts, ignore after it try to send you a text and stay on the line.
