Ongoing WiFi issues

Constantly dropping in and out 

again it's unwatchable or useable 

it drops out literally every 10 minutes 

what can be done 

as nothing has worked

@Becky20111 if by 'loss of WiFi" you mean your hub is losing its connection to the Broaband line which is indicated by the leds on the unit (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) then run the Service Checkervin the My Sky app which works overca mobile connectiin which shoukd offer an engineer toncheck your line ssving you a phone call. If it doesnt call Sky to report the issue.
