One touch switch
Help!!! I've tried contacting Sky regarding one touch switch which has not happened.
My previous company was OGI im still being billed by them.
i spent 3 hours on the phone and chat getting nowhere, I've got a heart problem it made me feel ill and very stressed.
please can someone help!!!

Is your broadband up and running with Sky and if so when did this take place ?
Have you checked with your previous supplier that your account with them is now closed ?

I'm up and running with Sky the engineer connected on the 28th April 2026. I've spoken to my provider OGI yesterday 8/5/26 they explained I needed to contact Sky which I did, it really did make me feel ill and very stressed I got nowhere after 3 hours.
Sky has made it extremely difficult to contact them!!
