On hold

I have been on hold with sky for 1 hour and 50 minutes so far waiting for a technician to help sort our wifi. what do you think the chances of getting connected are?

it turns out it's 9! I was on the phone for 2 hours 15 mins and I think I spent 10 mins a Ross 2 different people!
