Broadband shield - my son is somehow deleting the restrictions to access adult material

I don't know if anyone can advise. We are using broadband shield at PG 13 rating to stop my son accessing adult material. He has found a way to reset the settings, so every night he is deleting the restrictions, so its pointless. Does anyone know how he may be doing this, or more importantly how to stop it

If he knows a working Sky account log-in then he has access to those settings.

Alternatively he's just bypassing the restrictions entirely by using a VPN.
