Old router

When should I send old router back after upgrading to fttp from fttc

@raymond18  If they send you packing for it or ask for it back then you can ask them to send materials to pack it in. If they do keep that proof of posting very safe and if they do then come back to you that it was not sent you have it to prove you did.

@raymond18  Did Sky send you a new router for your service, what router did you have and what have you got now from the link below.

Hi yes sky sent me a sr203, to replace er115.

@raymond18  Would keep hold of it until Sky ask for it. But going by what is going on with the er115 now going obsolet you might not have to send it back again. So just wait to see if Sky asks for it back.
