Old router

Do I need to return my old router. We have just received the new one from you. It contained a returns label but no paperwork.

Yes Sky require a return of your old kit. Pack it up in and use the supplied postage label. Ensure you keep proof of postage for at least 12 months as Sky like to randomly decide that you never returned kit so you'll need proof.
