Router not delivered
Hi, was wondering if anyone can help. I switched to Sky from BT and my activation happened a week ago today, however my router never got delivered and still hasn't been rectified. After not having WiFi for a week, I need to get it up and running. Can I go to the shop and buy a router to get me through until I receive the one from sky?
purchased sky gigafast, have the open reach ONT under the stairs also.

What exactly have Sky said is the issue? A hub delivery is usually pretty instant and happens a few days before activation. Has your service actually been activated or is it delayed?
